摘  要:工作面涌水的有效治理对于保证煤矿安全生产意义重大。以山西省A矿为试验矿井,研发了新的堵水材料并进行了工程应用。研究结果表明:新材料凝结时间最短可达45 s,随着水灰比的增加,抗压强度逐渐降低,最大值超过16 MPa,浆液泌水率小于5%;岩样的颗粒流失率最大为0.6%,最小为0.2%,材料抗分散性好,裂隙充填区域能够很好地胶结到一起;采空区注浆堵水后,实现了安全开采。Effective management of the water inflow at the working face is of great significance to safe production.Taking A Mine as a test mine,a new water blocking material was developed and applied in engineering.The research results show that the shortest setting time can reach 45 s,the compressive strength gradually decreases with the increase of the water-cement ratio,the maximum can reach 16 MPa,the grout bleeding rate is less than 5%;the particle loss rate of the rock sample is the maximum 0.6%,and the minimum is 0.2%,the material has good dispersion resistance,and the fissure filling area can be well cemented together;after the goaf is grouted and water blocked,safe mining is realized.
