摘　　要：中性粒细胞是人体免疫系统的主要成分之一,在抵御感染和炎症过程中扮演着重要角色。近年来,研究表明中性粒细胞除了其传统的作用外,还能通过释放胞外诱捕网的形式参与到冠心病等多种疾病的发生和发展中,越来越多的证据表明中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在冠状动脉粥样硬化的进程中也起到关键性作用。因此,干预中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网的形成和释放可能是治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化及其并发症的新策略。目前,针对中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网的干预已成为研究的热点,未来,针对中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网的干预可能成为冠心病治疗的新方向之一。现就中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网在冠心病发生发展中的作用机制及其应用前景进行综述。Neutrophils are one of the main components of the body’s immune system and play an important role in defending against infection and inflammation.In recent years,studies have shown that in addition to its traditional role,neutrophils can also participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases,including coronary heart disease,through the release of extracellular traps,that is,more and more evidences show that neutrophil extracellular traps also play a key role in the process of coronary atherosclerosis.Therefore,intervening in the formation and release of neutrophil extracellular traps may be a new strategy for the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis and its complications.At present,the intervention of neutrophil extracellular traps has become a research hotspot,and in the future,the intervention of neutrophil extracellular traps may become one of the new directions of coronary heart disease treatment.This article reviews the mechanism and application prospect of neutrophil extracellular traps in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
