摘  要:进口大豆作为我国主要的油料储存品种,能否安全储存意义重大。大豆相较于稻谷、小麦等储粮品种,其储存难度更大。在高温高湿的华南地区,为保障进口大豆保持低温储存,常采用冬季机械通风降低储存温度。本研究通过调整目标储存温度,由2021年前的15~17℃提高到20℃,通风条件选择温度10~15℃、湿度65%~85%,较2021年能耗节约54%,水分总体降低0.02~0.20个百分点,进口大豆储存损耗降低效果明显。As China’s main oil storage variety,whether imported soybeans can be safely stored is of great significance.Compared with rice,wheat and other grain storage varieties,soybeans are more difficult to store.In South China,where high temperature and high humidity are maintained,in order to ensure that imported soybeans are stored at low temperatures,winter mechanical ventilation is often used to reduce the storage temperature.In this study,by adjusting the target storage temperature,it was increased from 15~17℃before 2021 to 20℃,and the selected temperature of ventilation conditions was 10~15℃and humidity was 65%~85%,which saved 54%energy consumption compared with 2021,reduced the overall moisture by 0.02~0.20 percentage points,significantly reducing storage losses of imported soybeans.
