摘 要:采用DMA-80测汞仪直接测定水中的汞,重复测定6次,计算实验标准差,分析实验过程引入的不确定来源,并对分量逐一进行不确定度评估,将这些不确定度分量进行合成,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明标准曲线拟合、测量重复性和标准使用液及标准系列配制是测量不确定度的主要来源。Mercury in water was directly measured by DMA-80 mercury meter,and the measurement was repeated for 6 times.The standard deviation of the experiment was calculated,and the sources of uncertainty introduced in the experimental process were analyzed.The uncertainty of the components was evaluated one by one.The synthetic uncertainty and the extended uncertainty are calculated.The results show that standard curve fitting,measurement repeatability,standard solution and standard series preparation are the main sources of measurement uncertainty.
