摘 要:建立基于不同内参物的一测多评法测定黄刺玫中矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷、芦丁、异槲皮苷、木犀草素和槲皮素5种成分的含量。分别以芦丁、异槲皮苷和木犀草素为内参物,计算另外4种成分的相对校正因子建立一测多评法,计算12批黄刺玫样品中5种成分的含量,并比较外标法和一测多评法测定结果之间的差异。结果表明外标法和一测多评法测定12批黄刺玫样品中5种成分的含量相对标准偏差均小于3.0%,表明两种方法的测定结果无明显差异。所建立的一测多评法同时测定黄刺玫中5种成分的含量与外标法结果无明显差异,可用于黄刺玫的质量控制和评价。To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS)method based on different internal reference materials for the determination of the content of five components in Rosa xanthina Lindl.,including cyanidin-3-O-glucoside,rutin,isoquercetin,luteolin,and quercetin.The contents of 5 components in 12 batches of Rosa xanthina Lindl.samples were calculated,and the differences between the external standard method(ESM)and the QAMS method were compared.The results showed that the relative deviation of the content of 5 components in 12 batches of Rosa xanthina Lindl.samples determined by the external standard method(ESM)and the QAMS method is less than 3.0%,indicating that there was no significant difference in the determination results between the two methods.The QAMS method established in this study did not show significant differences in the content of 5 components in Rosa xanthina Lindl.compared to the ESM,and can be used for quality control and evaluation of Rosa xanthina Lindl..
