摘  要:为了提高矿区复垦土壤的肥力,探究不同施肥方式对复垦土壤有机碳组分和碳库管理指数的影响,通过田间试验方法,采用双因素(复垦年限×施肥处理)随机区组设计,以山西省晋中市榆次区后沟村采煤矿区定位复垦试验田土壤为研究对象,分析复垦1年与2年不同施肥处理对复垦土壤总有机碳、活性有机碳组分、碳库管理指数的影响。结果表明:有机肥+菌剂(MB)处理可有效提高土壤有机碳组分、微生物量碳有效率、水溶性有机碳有效率、碳库管理指数,其中,复垦2年的MB处理土壤微生物量碳较相应年限单施有机肥(M)处理显著提高13.1%。此外,复垦土壤总有机碳与微生物量碳、水溶性有机碳之间关系密切,水溶性有机碳对土壤碳库管理指数的影响最大(P<0.001)。冗余分析表明,2个复垦年限之间有机碳库的赋存特征存在明显差异,复垦2年的有机碳库含量显著优于复垦1年的(P<0.05),复垦2年土壤碳库管理指数以有机肥+菌剂处理最高。综上所述,复垦2年MB处理对复垦土壤有机碳组分及土壤碳库管理指数的提升效果最好,该结果为有机肥与菌剂配施在农业生产上的应用提供了理论依据和研究基础。In order to improve the fertility of reclaimed soil in mining area,the effects of different fertilization methods on the organic carbon component and carbon pool management index of reclaimed soil were explored.A two-factor(reclamation years×fertilization treatment)randomized block design was adopted in the field experiment.The soil of the targeted reclamation experimental field in the coal mining area of Hougou Village,Yuci District,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province was taken as the research object.The effects of different fertilization treatments on total organic carbon,active organic carbon componentsand carbon pool management index of reclaimed soil were analyzed in one year and two years of reclamation.The results showed that organic fertilizer+microbial agent(MB)treatment could effectively improved soil organic carbon components,microbial biomass carbon efficiency,water-soluble organic carbon efficiency and carbon pool management index,among which,soil microbial biomass carbon was significantly increased by 13.1%in MB treatment after two years of reclamation compared with organic fertilizer(M)treatment.In addition,there was a close relationship between reclaimed soil total organic carbon,microbial biomass carbon and water-soluble organic carbon,and water-soluble organic carbon had the greatest influence on soil carbon pool management index(P<0.001).Redundancy analysis showed that there were significant differences in the occurrence characteristics of organic carbon pools between the two reclamation years.The content of organic carbon pools in two years of reclamation was significantly better than that in one year of reclamation(P<0.05),and the management index of soil carbon pools in two years of reclamation was the highest with organic fertilizer+bacterial agent treatment.In conclusion,MB treatment for two years of reclamation had the best effect on the improvement of reclaimed soil organic carbon components and soil carbon pool management index,which provided theoretical basis and research basis for the appl
