农户数字普惠金融增收效应的实证分析--基于农户调查数据和分位数模型的再检验

摘　　要：北京大学数字金融中心编制的包含城乡多种主体的数字普惠金融指数不能精准反映农户数字普惠金融发展水平,对农户数字普惠金融的收入效应需要再检验。为了检验数字普惠金融对农户增收的真实效应,基于微观机制分析,文章在借鉴北京大学数字金融中心数字普惠金融指数编制原理的基础上,构建了针对农户的数字普惠金融发展指标体系,运用变异系数法测度了农户数字普惠金融指数,并运用农户调查数据实证分析了农户数字普惠金融发展的增收效应。结果发现:农户数字普惠金融发展对农户的增收具有显著促进作用,但并非单一的线性作用,而是呈现出准倒“U”型;对不同收入水平的农户增收效应具有明显的异质性作用。The digital inclusive finance index compiled by the Digital Finance Center of Peking University,which includes multiple entities in urban and rural areas,cannot accurately reflect the development level of rural households'digital inclusive finance,and the income effect of rural households'digital inclusive finance needs to be retested.In order to test the true effect of digital inclusive finance on increasing farmers'income,based on micro mechanism analysis,this article constructs a digital inclusive finance development indicator system for farmers,drawing on the principles of the digital inclusive finance index compilation of Peking University's Digital Finance Center.The coefficient of variation method is used to measure the digital inclusive finance index of farmers,and empirically analyzes the income increasing effect of the development of digital inclusive finance for farmers using household survey data.The results show that the development of digital inclusive finance for farmers has a significant promoting effect on their income growth,it is not a single linear effect,but it presents a quasi inverted"U"shape;and it has a significant heterogeneity effect on the income increase of farmers with different income levels.
