数智融合环境下高校读者算法素养培育策略研究

摘　　要：算法素养是信息世界运行规则的通行证,文章在阐述算法素养概念及研究现状的基础上,结合能力素质模型和高校读者特点,提出算法素养的基础能力要素、通用能力要素和专业能力要素三个目标层次,并论述了其在规避算法风险、提升资源获取和利用能力以及推动国家算法治理等方面的重要作用。最后,结合高校图书馆资源、环境、馆员、读者的特点,给出高校读者算法素养培育策略:积极搭建算法素养培育环境;合理规划算法素养培育路径;科学评价算法素养培育质量。Algorithm literacy is the passport to the operation rules of the information world.On the basis of elaborating the concept and research status of algorithm literacy,and combining the competency model and the characteristics of college readers,this paper puts forward three target levels of algorithm literacy:basic competency,general competency and professional competenc.It also discusses the important role of algorithm literacy cultivation in avoiding algorithm risk,improving the ability of resource acquisition and utilization,and promoting national algorithm governance.Finally,considering the characteristics of university library resources,environment,librarians and readers,the strategy of cultivating readers'algorithm literacy in colleges and universities is put forward as follows:setting up the cultivation environment of algorithm literacy actively,planning the cultivation path of algorithm literacy reasonably and evaluating the cultivation quality of algorithm literacy scientifically.
