摘　　要：本文选取2013—2020年中国31个省(市)的面板数据,通过测度数字经济发展水平和就业质量,并运用多重计量模型系统探讨数字经济发展对中国就业质量的影响及作用机制。研究发现,数字经济发展显著提高了就业质量;产业结构高度化是数字经济促进就业质量提升的重要中介机制;数字经济发展影响就业质量增长具有对数型的非线性特征;数字经济对不同地区就业质量的影响存在异质性,这一影响在西部和中部地区更加显著,而在东部和东北部地区却不显著;数字经济发展对于城市相邻地区的负向空间溢出效应也具有显著性。因此,应加快数字经济发展,持续推动产业结构高度化,以数字经济为抓手提升就业质量需遵从“适度”原则,对不同地区制定差异化举措,抑制数字经济垄断,以便实现就业质量的提升。This paper selects the panel data of 31 provinces(cities)in China from 2013 to 2020,measures the level of digital economy development and employment quality,and applies multiple econometric models to systematically explore the impacts and mechanisms of digital economy development on employment quality in China.The study finds that the development of the digital economy significantly improves the quality of employment;the industrial structural sophistication is an important intermediary mechanism for the digital economy to promote the improvement of employment quality;the growth of employment quality influenced by the development of the digital economy has a logarithmic nonlinear characteristic;and there is a heterogeneity in the impact of the digital economy on the quality of employment in different regions,which is more pronounced in the west and the central region,but less pronounced in the eastern and northeastern regions;The negative spatial spillover effect of digital economy development on neighboring urban areas is also significant.Therefore,the development of digital economy should be accelerated,the heightening of industrial structure should be continuously promoted,and the principle of“moderation”should be followed in order to improve the quality of employment by means of digital economy,and differentiated measures should be formulated for different regions,and the monopoly of digital economy should be suppressed,so as to realize the improvement of the quality of employment.
