摘　　要：数字服务贸易高质量发展对于我国重塑全球价值链、获得贸易核心竞争优势地位具有重要意义。本文将知识产权示范城市建设作为“准自然实验”,基于2012—2021年全国272个城市统计数据构建双重差分模型,系统探讨知识产权示范城市建设对数字服务贸易高质量发展的影响。研究发现:知识产权示范城市建设可显著推动数字服务贸易高质量发展,绿色技术创新在知识产权示范城市建设对数字服务贸易高质量的驱动作用过程中发挥中介作用。在“胡焕庸线”东部、政府服务支持较强,以一般数字服务贸易为主的地区内,知识产权示范城市建设对数字服务贸易高质量发展的驱动作用更强。有鉴于此,应全面深化“地—央—地”政策安排、促进“绿色化”技术创新、适度部署“差异化”行动举措,促进数字服务贸易高质量发展。High-quality development of digital service trade is beneficial for China to reshape its position in the global value chain and occupy a core competitive advantage in trade.It takes the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities as a“quasi natural experiment”and constructs a double difference model based on statistical data from 272 cities in China from 2012 to 2021,systematically exploring the impact of the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities on the high-quality development of digital service trade.The research conclusion shows that the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities can significantly promote the high-quality development of digital service trade,and green technological innovation plays a mediating role in the process of driving high-quality development of digital service trade through the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities.In the eastern part of the“Hu Huanyong Line”,which has stronger government service support and focuses on general digital service trade,the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities has a stronger driving effect on the high-quality development of digital service trade.According to this,policy recommendations are proposed to comprehensively deepen the“local pilot-central summary-local popularization”policy arrangement,deeply cultivate“green”technological innovation,and moderately deploy“differentiated”measures,so as to promote the high-quality development of digital service trade.
