摘 要:硅基陶瓷材料以其优异的性能成为新一代航空发动机热端的候选材料,其在恶劣的服役环境中需要环境障涂层(Environmental Barrier Coating,EBC)的保护。以稀土硅酸盐为面层的第三代EBC是目前研究的热点之一。采用大气等离子喷涂工艺制备了Er_(0.5)Yb^(1.5)Si_(2)O_(7)环境障涂层面层样品,研究涂层在钙镁铝硅酸盐(CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2),CMAS)覆盖浓度15 mg/cm^(2)、保温温度1350℃、保温时间5 h的腐蚀条件下的腐蚀行为。研究发现Er_(0.5)Yb_(1.5)Si_(2)O_(7)涂层与CMAS反应后产物为磷灰石相Ca_(2)(Er_(0.25)Yb_(0.75))_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2)与Er_(0.5)Yb_(1.5)Si_(2)O_(7)相,涂层顶部残留CMAS熔盐,内部出现反应区和渗透区。Silicon-based ceramic materials have emerged as candidate materials for the next generation of aerospace engine hot sections due to their excellent performance.However,they require protection in harsh operating environments,necessitating the use of environmental barrier coatings(EBCs).Currently,the third-generation EBCs with rare earth silicates as surface layers have become a focal point of research.In this study,Er_(0.5)Yb_(1.5)Si_(2)O_(7) environmental barrier coating samples were prepared using atmospheric plasma spraying.The corrosion behavior of the coating was investigated under corrosive conditions with a calcium-magnesium-aluminum-silicate(CMAS)coverage concentration of 15 mg/cm^(2),a holding temperature of 1350℃,and a dwell time of 5 hours.The study revealed that the reaction products after the interaction between Er_(0.5)Yb_(1.5)Si_(2)O_(7) coating and CMAS included a phosphorite phase Ca_(2)(Er_(0.25)Yb_(0.75))_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2) and Er_(0.5)Yb_(1.5)Si_(2)O_(7) phase.Additionally,remnants of CMAS molten salts were observed at the top of the coating,with distinct regions of reaction and infiltration within the coating.
