摘  要:弱胶结地层由于成岩时期较晚、埋藏深度浅,自身结构具有胶结程度差、强度低等特性。苇子沟煤矿集中运输巷位于该类地层中,且在掘进过程中遇到穿越不同岩性地层的情况,产生穿层巷道。根据苇子沟煤矿集中运输巷的地质条件,建立了倾角15°的倾斜地层数值模型,研究了3种不同工况下典型穿层巷道,通过分析巷道围岩应力分布区、塑性区、围岩变形特征来综合研究弱胶结巷道围岩的变形机理。结果表明,巷道岩性变化对其影响较大,随着岩石占比的增加,巷道周围垂直应力和水平应力随之增加,而变形量逐渐减小,且巷道顶、底板位移变化非对称,顶板变形量大于底板。研究弱胶结穿层巷道的围岩变形机理,对该类巷道支护以及矿井安全高效生产具有重要意义。Weak cementation strata have the characteristics of poor cementation degree and low strength due to late diagenetic period and shallow burial depth.The central transportation roadway of Weizigou Coal Mine is located in this kind of strata,and it crosses different lithologic strata in the process of driving,resulting in cross-layer roadway.According to the geological conditions of the centralized transportation roadway in Weizigou Coal Mine,a numerical model of inclined strata with an inclination of 15°was established in this paper.The typical cross-layer roadway under three different working conditions was studied.The deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock of the weakly cementation roadway was comprehensively studied by analyzing the stress distribution zone,plastic zone and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The results show that the change of roadway lithology has a great influence on it.With the increase of rock proportion,the vertical stress and horizontal stress around the roadway increase,while the deformation decreases gradually.Moreover,the displacement change of roof and floor of roadway is asymmetrical,and the roof is larger than the floor.By studying the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock of weakly cementation roadway,it is of great significance for the support of this kind of roadway and the safe and efficient production of mine.
