摘  要:针对矿井闭坑停止排水后矿井水积聚、可能突破矿井间防隔水煤柱承受极限而发生突水的问题,平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司二矿采用疏堵结合的防治水措施,制定了在闭坑矿井施工底板注浆和防水闸墙以封堵闭坑矿井上部涌水,在邻近矿井进行工作面和泄水巷工程以疏放闭坑矿井下部动态涌水的综合治理方案,在此基础上充分考虑应力对煤岩层的破坏,重新计算并留设防隔水煤柱。结果表明,堵水措施封堵了闭坑矿井上部100 m^(3)/h的动态涌水,减轻了生产矿井的防治水压力;疏水措施共疏放了闭坑矿井下部积水73.5万m^(3),其中疏放老空水静储量11万m^(3)、闭坑矿井动态涌水62.5万m^(3),解除了生产矿井的直接水害威胁。通过综合治理,有效解除了闭坑矿井水害威胁,解放了邻近矿井的煤炭资源。In response to the problem of water inrush caused by the accumulation of mine water after the closure of the mine and the cessation of drainage,which may exceed the bearing limit of the water blocking coal pillars between mines,a combined water prevention and control measure of dredging and blocking was adopted in the No.2 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.It was formulated that the floor grouting and water-proof gate walls should be constructed in the closed pit mine to block the water gushing from the upper part of the closed pit mines,the comprehensive treatment scheme of the dynamic water gushing in the lower part of the closed pit mine by carrying out the working face and water discharge roadway engineering in the adjacent mine,and on the basis of which the damage of the stress to the coal and rock layer was fully considered,recalculate and set up water-proof coal pillar.The results showed that the dynamic water gushing of 100 m^(3)/h in the upper part of the closed pit mine was blocked by the water blocking measures,and the water prevention and control pressure of production mine was reduced.The drainage measures released a total of 735000 m^(3) of accumulated water in the lower part of the closed pit mine,including 110000 m^(3) of static water storage in the old goaf and 625000 m^(3) of dynamic water gushing in the closed pit mine,relieving the direct threat of water damage to the production mine.By comprehensive treatment,the threat of water damage in closed pit mine was effectively removed and the coal resources in adjacent mines were liberated.
