摘 要:为有效预防王家山煤矿大倾角综放工作面采空区在临时停采时期出现煤自燃现象,结合工作面地质条件和煤层赋存状况,对工作面采空区采取预埋管路灌浆和打钻插网管式注浆相结合的防灭火措施。研究表明,通过采取多次循环不间断灌、注浆措施,工作面CO浓度持续降低,采空区遗煤自燃隐患得到有效治理,从而保证了工作面的正常回采。研究可为类似工作面的防灭火工作提供借鉴。To effectively prevent coal spontaneous combustion phenomenon in the goaf of Wangjiashan Coal Mine's large angle fully-mechanized caving working face during temporary shutdown period,combined with the geological conditions of the working face and the occurrence of coal seams,a combination of pre buried pipeline grouting and drilling and inserting network pipe grouting was carried out on the goaf to prevent and extinguish fire.The research showed that the CO concentration in the working face was continuously reduced by adopting the measures of continuous cycle irrigation and grouting,the potential for spontaneous combustion of coal relics in the mining area was effectively managed,thus ensuring the normal recovery of the working face.The research results can provide reference for fire prevention and extinguishing work in similar working faces.
