摘 要:采动影响是煤矿巷道围岩控制难度增加的主要因素之一,而围岩卸压则是维护巷道稳定的针对性方法。针对新元煤矿回风大巷易受到工作面回采影响,根据地质生产条件分析了已有大巷产生变形破坏的3个原因为开采扰动大、围岩顶板条件特殊和巷道支护强度低,并进一步分析了3501综采面采动影响范围远的因素为围岩强度低、关键层位置高和地层倾角。建立了三维数值模型研究了水力压裂切顶卸压前和卸压后围岩应力场的变化特征,指出卸压前后应力峰值变化较小,但集中区范围显著降低;设计了切顶卸压技术的钻孔参数和压裂参数,制定并实施了水力压裂方案。现场观测结果表明,陈家沟回风大巷在采动影响下巷道变形量在安全范围内。The impact of mining is one of the main factors that increase the difficulty of controlling the surrounding rock in coal mine roadways,and the unloading technology of surrounding rock is a targeted method for maintaining roadway stability.In view of the fact that the return air main roadway of Xinyuan Coal Mine is easily affected by the mining of the working face,according to the geological and production conditions,this paper analyzed that the three reasons for the deformation and damage of the existing main roadway are the large mining disturbance,the special surrounding rock roof conditions and the low roadway support strength,and further analyzed that the factors that affect the mining of the No.3501 fully-mechanized mining face far away were the low surrounding rock strength,the high position of the key layer and the stratum dip angle.A three-dimensional numerical model was established to study the changes in the stress field of surrounding rock before and after hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure relief.It was pointed out that the stress peak changes before and after pressure relief were relatively small,but the concentration area was significantly reduced.We have designed drilling and fracturing parameters for the top cutting pressure relief technology,developed and implemented a hydraulic fracturing plan.The on-site observation results show that the deformation of the Chenjiagou return air main roadway under the influence of mining is within the safe range.
