摘　　要：习近平关于科技体制改革重要论述,植根于我国科技体制改革的伟大实践,在应对全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革之挑战、解决我国科技体制中系列问题的过程中形成发展。习近平关于科技体制改革重要论述内容丰富,主要涉及优化科技管理体制、强化企业创新主体地位、深化科研院所改革、营造良好创新环境、完善科技评价制度等方面。这些重要论述蕴含着深刻的哲学意蕴,主要体现为坚持实事求是、彰显系统思维、贯彻唯物史观等。XI Jin-ping’s important discussion on the reform of scientific and technological system is rooted in the great practice of the reform of China’s scientific and technological system,and has formed and developed in the process of responding to the challenges of the new global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and solving a series of problems in China’s scientific and technological system.XI Jin-ping’s important discourse on the reform of scientific and technological system is rich in content,mainly involving optimizing the science and technology management system,strengthening the position of enterprise innovation as the main body,deepening the reform of scientific research institutions,creating a good innovation environment,and improving the science and technology evaluation system.These important discourses contain profound philosophical implications,mainly reflected in adhering to seeking truth from facts,demonstrating systematic thinking,and implementing historical materialism.
