热淋清颗粒预防肾结石术后泌尿系感染的临床意义及对肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析热淋清颗粒对肾结石术后泌尿系感染的临床意义及对肾功能的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2022年2月黄山市人民医院经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)的患者500例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,观察组250例,对照组249例。对照组常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予热淋清颗粒,对比两组肾功能指标及术后两周内泌尿系感染发生率;进行中医证候积分的评分;比较两组治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组肌酐、尿素氮低于对照组,而GFR高于对照组(t=11.678,3.373,1.987,P<0.05);观察组患者术后两周内泌尿感染率为8.80%低于对照组的15.60%(χ^(2)=5.475,P<0.05);观察组患者中医症候积分低于对照组(t=4.616,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为24.40%低于对照组的34.14%(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05)。结论:热淋清颗粒应用于肾结石术后治疗对预防泌尿系感染及改善患者肾功能上具有一定的安全性及临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of Relinqing Granules on urinary tract infection after renal calculi operation and its influence on renal function.Methods:A total of 500 patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)in Huangshan People's Hospital from October 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method:250 patients in the observation group and 249 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was given Relinqing granules on the basis of which the renal function indexes and the incidence of urinary tract infection within two weeks after surgery were compared between the two groups.Score TCM syndrome score;The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:Creatinine and urea nitrogen in observation group were lower than control group,but GFR was higher than control group(t=11.678,3.373,1.987,P<0.05).The urinary infection rate was 8.80%in the observation group and 15.60%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.475,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group(t=4.616,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 24.40%lower than that in control group(34.14%)(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Relinqing granules in the postoperative treatment of renal calculi has certain safety and clinical value in preventing urinary tract infection and improving renal function.
