摘　　要：本文以言语链为核心,概述言语链的概念。与世界卫生组织(WHO)疾病分类[international statistical classification of diseases and related health problem(11th ed.),ICD-11]相对接,将发育性言语或语言障碍分为发育性语音障碍、发育性言语流畅障碍和发育性语言障碍3类。介绍了言语链以外的社会认知因素,多角度切入探索儿童言语-语言障碍的病理和干预疗效,希望言语语言治疗可以向更具协作性、技术集成和个性化医疗照护服务发展。This article discusses the speech chain concept and its alignment with the World Health Organization's(WHO)International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11),in particular,its correspondence to the three types of developmental speech and language disorders:(6A01.0)Developmental Speech Sound Disorder,(6A01.1)Developmental Speech Fluency Disorder,and(6A01.2)Developmental Language Disorder.The article also discusses social cognitive factors beyond the speech chain,taking a multi-faceted approach to exploring the pathology and intervention effectiveness of child speech-language disorders.It hopes that speech-language therapy can evolve towards more collaborative,technologically integrated,and personalized healthcare services.
