摘　　要：在语音障碍中,功能性构音障碍和音系障碍十分常见。本文通过系统梳理目前常用的语音训练理论与方法,提出了基于音节理论的言语治疗中的音节干预模式,并详述了音节理论的基础、内容和干预原则。在临床语音干预过程中,治疗师应以沟通为目的,在制订干预策略时特别关注汉语母语者的康复训练。音节干预模式是一种解决构音障碍和音系障碍等相关问题的有效策略。Functional dysarthria and phonological disorders are very common in speech sound disorders.In this paper,we propose a syllable-based intervention model for speech therapy based on the syllable theory by systematically reviewing the commonly used speech training theories and methods,and describe the basis,content and intervention principles of the syllable theory.In the process of clinical speech intervention,therapists should aim at communication and pay special attention to the rehabilitation training of Chinese native speakers when formulating intervention strategies.The syllable-based intervention model is an effective strategy for solving problems related to dysarthria and phonological disorders.
