摘　　要：设计了水性底漆+上涂UV涂料、水性涂料着色剂+上涂UV涂料和UV涂料+上涂水性涂料3种涂装工艺,探明了不同水性涂料、水性涂料中不同成分和不同过程控制参数对涂膜光泽、抗划伤、起泡情况、附着力等性能的影响规律。Three painting processes were designed for waterborne primer+UV topcoat,waterborne coatings colorant+UV topcoat and UV coatings+waterborne topcoat.In this paper,the influences of different waterborne coatings,different components of waterborne coatings and different process control parameters on the gloss,scratch resistance,blistering,adhesion and other properties of the coatings film are investigated.
