水性双组分生物基透明涂料在高端定制家具中的应用探讨

摘　　要：主要通过使用生物基的羟丙乳胶和生物基的PUD乳液以及100%生物基成膜助剂等制成的涂料在高端定制家具上的应用进行基础配方测试,并介绍如何在配方设计中取得高含量的生物基以及在配方时的注意事项。Basic formula testing was conducted mainly for the application of coatings made from bio-based hydroxyl-acrylic latex,biobased PUD emulsion and 100%bio-based film-forming additives on high-end customized furniture.This paper also introduces how to achieve high bio-based content in formula design and matters for attention about the formula.
