摘　　要：针对现有研究中广东省农村宅基地的时空演化分析不足的问题,本文以茂名市电白区为例,利用广东省最新农村地籍调查成果,以及第一次全国土地调查(以下简称“一调”)、第二次全国土地调查(以下简称“二调”)数据,基于Pearson相关性分析方法,开展粤西沿海地区的农村宅基地时空演变规律研究。结果表明:①“一调”至2017年,农村宅基地占地面积增幅达79.86%,“一调”至“二调”期间,占地面积增幅为43.95%;“二调”至2017年期间增幅为24.95%。电白区农村宅基地增长量大的区域主要分布在茂名市区的毗邻区、电白区中心周边及沿海地区。②“一调”至2017年,电白区宅基地的增幅与亲水性、路网密度、地形复杂度和人口密度四个因子在0.01的级别上呈显著正相关,与到行政区中心距离因子在0.01级别上呈显著负相关,与聚耕比因子在0.05级别上呈显著负相关。The development of rural homestead is the outcome of the combined influenceof many factors,including nature and humanity,and the change of homestead spatial form reflects the trace of social and economic development.It is helpful to correctly grasp and understand the characteristics and development trend of rural residential land through the study of its spatio-temporal evolution law.This research also provides technical support for the prediction of future rural area development and promotes the rational use of rural construction land.Therefore,to explore the evolution characteristics of rural homestead in the coastal areas of western Guangdong,this paper uses Dianbai District of Maoming City as an example to analyze the spatial evolution characteristics of rural homestead.This paper extract the rural homestead in three periods using the data from the first national land survey in Dianbai District,the rural cadastral survey results,and other data.Based on the pearson correlation analysis method,this paper studies the spatio-temporal evolution of rural homestead in the coastal areas of western Guangdong.This study extracts the rural homestead in three periods In this paper,by processing the first national land survey data of Dianbai District and the results of rural cadastral survey.Then we analyzed the correlation between terrain complexity,population density,road network density,distance from administrative center,hydrophilicity and cultivation ratio of 6 driving factors,and rural homestead.Examine the development of rural homesteads in Dianbai District from both a temporal and spatial perspective to discover patterns.The results show that:from the first national land survey to 2017,the area of rural homestead land increased by 79.86%.The land area increased by 43.95%between the first and second national land survey.The growth rate from the second national land survey to 2017 was 24.95%.It is evident that during the first national land survey to 2017,the rural homestead area of Dianbai area expanded rapidly.Thi
