打滑保护装置在煤矿架空乘人装置的应用研究

摘　　要：本文分析了目前架空乘人装置使用工况的现状,重点阐述了架空乘人装置打滑的原因及其危害,通过分析牵引力不足、驱动轮轮衬过度磨损、钢丝绳油污未处理和架空乘人装置超载运行等问题,设计了打滑保护装置。打滑保护装置通过对驱动轮速度和钢丝绳速度进行实时检测,当驱动轮速度会大于钢丝绳的速度时,判定为打滑,当出现打滑问题时及时处理以消除打滑现象。本文还介绍了打滑保护装置的硬件设计、软件设计和工作原理,并对打滑装置的具体安装进行了示意。打滑保护装置应用于架空乘人装置,能够有效地防护运行安全,具有安全性高、结构简单、安装方便、适用于大多数厂家的架空乘人装置等优点。This article analyzes the current situation of the use of overhead passenger devices,and focuses on the causes and hazards of slippage of overhead passenger devices.By analyzing the problems of insufficient traction force,excessive wear of the driving wheel lining,untreated oil stains on the wire rope,and overload operation of the overhead passenger device,a slippage protection device is designed.The slip protection device detects the speed of the driving wheel and the wire rope in real time,and judges it as slip when the speed of the driving wheel is greater than the speed of the wire rope.When a slip problem occurs,it is processed in time to eliminate the slip phenomenon.This article also introduces the hardware design,software design and working principle of the slip protection device,and illustrates the specific installation of the slip device.The slip protection device is applied to overhead passenger devices,which can effectively protect operational safety,and has the advantages of high safety,simple structure,easy installation,and applicability to most manufacturers’overhead passenger devices.
