摘 要:矿井采空区内瓦斯浓度伴随着距工作面越来越远而不断增大。靠回采面一侧较低,随着距离的越来越大,瓦斯浓度不断升高。工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷后,采空区密闭不好,大量采空区瓦斯进入回风流,导致回风流中瓦斯浓度较高,瓦斯含量超标,影响正常的安全生产。为了降低切顶卸压沿空留巷工作面回风流风排瓦斯量,主要技术手段是巷旁充填密闭墙和高位钻孔主动抽放。以鹿台山煤业有限公司2206工作面为工程案例,在切顶卸压沿空留巷的基础上通过构造巷旁充填墙实现密闭采空区,同时通过加强高位钻孔主动抽采和采空区埋管进行采空区抽放瓦斯。可有效密闭采空区、明显改善采空区漏风,提高高位钻孔和采空区埋管瓦斯抽放量。采用巷旁充填密闭后工作面回风巷瓦斯含量明显降低,满足矿井的安全生产。After cutting the top of the mine working face and unloading the empty lane,the goaf is not well sealed,and a large amount of gas in the goaf enters into the return air,resulting in the high gas concentration in the return air,the gas content exceeds the standard,which affects the normal safety production.In order to reduce the gas volume of the air flow along the empty lane,the main technical means are filling the closed wall beside the roadway and active drainage of high drilling.Taking the 2206 working face of Lutaishan Coal Industry Co.,LTD.as the engineering case,the closed goaf is realized through the filling wall beside the structure lane on the basis of the cutting the top,and the goaf is drained by strengthening the active extraction of the high borehole and the buried pipe in the goaf area.It can effectively close the goaf,significantly improve the air leakage in the goaf,and improve the gas drainage volume of high drilling hole and buried pipe in the goaf.The gas content in the return air lane of the working face is obviously reduced by filling beside the lane to meet the safe production of the mine.
