摘 要:针对软煤厚煤层沿顶掘进顺槽底三角煤丢失严重问题,设计2次落底、2次顶部充填工艺,采用速凝早强高水充填材料,混合浆约15 min失去流动性,30 min完全固化,3 d达最终强度3.8 MPa。效果考察表明:每天一班充填,可以满足5 d的推进需求,实现了底三角煤安全高效回收,实际经济效益达到1610万元,延长了矿井服务年限,缓解了采掘衔接紧张。In response to the serious problem of triangular coal loss in the excavation of soft and thick coal seams along the roof,two bottom dropping and two top filling processes were designed.High water filling materials with quick setting and early strength were used,and the mixed slurry lost its fluidity after about 15 minutes,fully solidified in 30 minutes,and reached the final strength of 3.8MPa in 3 days.The effectiveness evaluation shows that filling once a day can meet the 5-day promotion demand,achieve safe and efficient recovery of coal in the bottom triangle,and achieve an actual economic benefit of 16.1 million yuan,extend the service life of the mine,and alleviate the tight connection between mining and excavation.
