马场马消化道寄生虫感染情况调查

摘　　要：试验旨在为马场饲养管理者制定驱虫方案提供理论参考。采用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦克马斯特氏法对吉林省3家马场136匹马的马粪样品进行寄生虫检测。结果表明,采集的136份马粪便样品中107份为阳性,消化道寄生虫总感染率为78.67%。其主要寄生虫种类为马圆线虫和马副蛔虫。马圆线虫感染率为70.58%(96/136),平均每克粪虫卵数(EPG)为166个。马副蛔虫感染率为26.47%(36/136),EPG为246个。部分马混合感染马圆线虫和马副蛔虫,混合感染率为21.32%(29/136)。马圆线虫在各个年龄段均有分布,其感染率和感染强度随着年龄增长呈下降趋势。马副蛔虫以感染幼龄马为主,且多数为马副蛔虫和圆线虫混合感染。另外,寄生虫感染率和感染强度在3个马场有明显差异,主要与饲养环境有关。说明吉林省马场马普遍感染肠道寄生虫,建议区域内马场加强马肠道寄生虫监测工作,每年春秋2次对马匹进行驱虫。The saturated saline flotation method and McMaster's method were used to detect the parasite in 136 horse manure samples from three horse farms in Jilin Province.The results showed that 107 of 136 fecal samples were positive,and the total infection rate was 78.67%.The main parasitic species are Strongylus equi and Parascaris equi.The infection rate of Strongylus equi was 70.58%(96/136),and the average number of fecal eggs per gram(EPG)was 166.The infection rate of Parascaris equi was 26.47%(36/136),and the average EPG was 246.Some horses were co-infected with Strongylus equi and Parasca⁃ris equi,and the co-infection rate was 21.32%(29/136).Strongylus equi was distributed at all ages,and its infection rate and infection intensity decreased with age.Parascaris equi mainly infected young horses,and most of them were mixed with Parascaris equi and Strongylus equi.In addition,the parasite infection rate and infection intensity were significantly different in the three horse farms,which was mainly related to the breeding environment.These studies revealed that enteric parasites were commonly infected in horse farms in Jilin Province.It was suggested to strengthen the monitoring of enteric parasites in horse farms in the region,and deworming horses twice a year in spring and autumn.
