摘  要:以丁二烯为单体制备了小粒径聚丁二烯(PB)胶乳,并且用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)制备了附聚剂。通过高分子附聚法附聚小粒径PB胶乳制备了600 nm大粒径PB胶乳,考察了附聚剂用量、电解质用量、附聚时间、附聚温度、搅拌速度等因素对大粒径PB胶乳的影响。结果表明:小粒径PB胶乳最佳粒径为100 nm,附聚剂中MAA适宜用量为20%,电解质用量为0.2%,适宜附聚时间为1~3 h,温度对附聚胶乳粒径的大小影响较小。This article reports the method of preparing small particle polybutadiene(PB)latex using butadiene and preparing agglomerants using butyl acrylate(BA)and methacrylic acid(MAA).A PB latex with 600 nm large particle size was prepared by using polymer aggregation method to agglomerate small particle size PB latex using aggregation agents.During the preparation process,the effects of factors such as coagulant dosage,electrolyte,agglomerating time,agglomerating temperature,and stirring speed on the large particle size PB latex were analyzed.The experimental results show that the optimal particle size for small particle size(PB)latex is 100 nm,the optimal amount of MAA is controlled at 20%,the optimal amount of electrolyte is 0.2%,and the optimal agglomeration time is controlled at 13 h.The temperature has little effect on the particle size of the agglomeration latex.
