摘　　要：公共阅读空间是政府向社会输出文化服务的场所,社会力量参与公共阅读空间建设,能为民众提供更多更好的公共文化服务。当前,我国社会力量参与公共阅读空间建设存在政策法规不够健全,公益性与营利性边界模糊,服务质量有待提高等问题,因此应建立以政府为主导的多方合作共建机制,加大宣传力度,倡导多方合作,统筹建设公共阅读空间,展现地域文化特色,打造城市的文化名片,确立服务于民的理念和定位,以文旅结合的方式盘活地方资源。Public reading space is a place where the government provides cultural services to society.The participating of social forces can provide more and better public cultural services for the public.At present,there are such problems in the participation of social forces as imperfect policies and regulations,unclear boundaries between public welfare and profitability,and inadequate service.Therefore,a government led multi-party cooperation mechanism should be established,publicity efforts should be increased,multi-party cooperation should be advocated,public reading space should be constructed as a whole,regional cultural characteristics should be displayed,urban cultural business cards should be created,the concept and position of serving the people should be established,and local resources should be activated through a combination of culture and tourism.
