摘　　要：综述了益生菌对虾贝抗氧化能力、免疫功能和肠道屏障的调节作用,介绍了常见益生菌对虾贝生物功能调节的机制,展望了益生菌的研究发展方向。The regulatory effects of probiotics on the antioxidant capacity,immune function and intestinal barrier of shrimp and shellfish were reviewed,the mechanisms of common probiotics on the regulation of biological functions of shrimp and shellfish were introduced,and the direction of the development of probiotic research was prospected.
