黄骅市海水养殖现状与发展对策

摘　　要：为深入贯彻落实我国现代渔业发展要求,基于黄骅市海水养殖现状,分析了当前存在的养殖水域生态环境恶化、水产种业发展滞后、海水养殖模式落后、养殖结构不合理、海水养殖产业化及品牌化程度低等问题,提出科学合理布局养殖规划,保护水域生态环境,做优做强水产种业体系,丰富海水养殖种类,推广生态健康养殖新模式,优化养殖产业结构,发挥政府引导作用,完善政策法规体系等相应的具体策略。In order to thoroughly implement the development requirements of modern fishery in China,based on the current situation of marine aquaculture in Huanghua,the existing problems were analyzed,such as deterioration of ecological environment of aquaculture waters,backward development of aquaculture seed industry,backward traditional model of marine aquaculture,unreasonable structure of aquaculture,and low degree of industrialization and brand of marine aquaculture.Corresponding specific strategies were proposed,such as a scientific and reasonable layout of aquaculture planning to protect the ecological environment of marine waters,to improve and strengthen the aquaculture seed industry system,enrich the types of mariculture,promote the new model of ecological and healthy aquaculture,optimize the aquaculture industry structure,give play to the government's guiding role,improve the policy and regulatory system.
