摘  要:红花原产于西域,传入中国后首先种植于北方。据东晋习凿齿《与谢侍中书》载,东晋中期红花及其加工品胭脂仍主要流行于西北地区,尚未广泛传播。大约在南北朝时期,伴随流民活动,红花、胭脂逐步向东南传播,成为常见的经济作物及流行的红妆方式。Safflower originated in the Western Regions and was first planted in the north after it was introduced into China.According to Xi Zaochi and Xie Shizhong in the Eastern Jin Dynasty,in the middle of the Eastern Jin Dynasty,safflower and its processed rouge were still mainly popular in the northwest,but not widely disseminated.Around the Northern and Southern Dynasties,with the activities of refugees,safflower and rouge spread to the southeast one by one,becoming a common cash crop and a popular way of making up.
