摘  要:径流式叶轮背部增加背叶片结构可以有效调整叶轮背部腔室的压力分布,从而调整叶轮部分的轴向推力,但同时背叶片的引入会增加叶轮背面的摩擦功耗。文章基于某一径流式叶轮,研究在两种不同工质(空气及超临界CO_(2))下背叶片对叶轮背部压力分布及摩擦功耗的影响规律,并与无背叶片结构的叶轮背部腔室进行对比,通过研究发现,带背叶片结构时,背部旋转因子随泄漏量及泄漏方向的变化有较小的改变;而无背叶片结构时,背部旋转因子随泄漏量及泄漏方向的变化非常明显。背部摩擦功耗与旋转因子有关,旋转因子较大时摩擦损失较小,旋转因子较小时摩擦损失较大。另外,带背叶片时摩擦功耗要明显大于无背叶片时的摩擦功耗。By means of expeller vanes on the rear shroud,pressure distribution in the impeller sidewall gap can be changed,and the axial thrust is reduced.However,the disk friction loss caused by the impeller increases.In this paper,influence of expeller vanes on pressure distribution and friction loss is studied based on a radial impeller with two different fluids(air and supercritical carbon dioxide).Moreover,results are compared with that for impeller rear gap without expeller vanes.The results show that rotation factor changes slightly with leakage mass flow and direction in the gap with expeller vanes.But in the gap without expeller vanes,rotation factor changes greatly with leakage mass flow and direction.The disk friction loss is partly dependent on rotation factor,and the loss grows with the decrease of the rotation factor.Moreover,the disk friction loss in the gap with expeller vanes is higher than that in the gap without vanes.
