摘 要:[目的/意义]我国很多大学图书馆都开设了网络社交媒体账户,本研究调查分析我国大学图书馆网络社交媒体推文的基本内容与网络交互情况,并在此基础上提出相关的对策建议,以期为我国大学图书馆进一步合理使用社交媒体推文提供参考。[方法/过程]搜集我国400余所大学在社交媒体的网络推文,并利用PamTAT、NodeXL Pro等分析工具,在对数据进行挖掘、清洗的基础上,分析我国大学图书馆社交媒体网络推文的内容、语义与分类,并探究推文的网络交互情况。[结果/结论]研究发现:(1)推文平台方面,大学图书馆网络推文的主要社交媒体是微信与微博;(2)推文数量方面,不同大学图书馆数量有别,“双一流”大学图书馆网络推文的关注均数、转发均数、点赞均数远超其他普通本科院校;(3)推文内容方面,“双一流”大学图书馆更倾向于发布研究性服务类推文,而其他普通本科院校图书馆则更倾向于发布基础性服务推文;(4)推文分类方面,最常见的类别是“基本服务”与“学习支持”,但“双一流”高校趋向发布资源建设类推文,而其他普通高校更趋向发布工作宣传类推文;(5)网络交互方面,“双一流”大学比社会机构、社会个体有更强的交互强度,但其他普通本科高校与学生有更强的交互强度。这些发现,或可为我国不同大学图书馆进一步运维社交媒体提供新的线索。[Purpose/significance]Many academic libraries in China have set up online social media accounts.This study investigates and analyzes the basic content and network interaction of online social media tweets in academic libraries in China,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations on this basis,with a view to providing reference for the further rational use of social media tweets in university libraries in China.[Method/process]By collecting online tweets from over 400 universities in China on social media and using analysis tools such as PamTAT and NodeXL Pro,this study analyzed the content,semantics and classification of online tweets from university libraries in China on social media and explored the online interactions of their tweets based on data mining and cleaning.[Result/conclusion]The study found that:(1)In terms of tweet platform,the main social media for university libraries’online tweets are WeChat and Weibo;(2)In terms of tweet amount,the number of tweets differs from one academic library to another,with the average number of followers,retweets and likes of“double first-class”university libraries'online tweets far exceeding those of other ordinary undergraduate institutions;(3)In terms of tweet content,“double first-class”university libraries tend to publish tweets on research services,while other general undergraduate libraries tend to publish tweets on basic services;(4)In terms of tweet categories,the most common categories are“basic services”and“learning support”,but“Double First-Class”universities tend to publish tweets on resource construction,while other general universities tend to publish tweets on work promotion.(5)In terms of online interaction,“Double First-Class”universities have stronger interaction intensity with social institutions and individuals,but other ordinary undergraduate universities have stronger interaction intensity with students.These findings may provide new clues for the further operation and maintenance of social media in different univers
