摘  要:为探究不同基质配比对天山花楸幼苗成活和生长的影响,筛选适宜天山花楸容器苗生长的基质。笔者以森林土、蛭石、珍珠岩为原料,按照体积比为10∶0∶0(A处理)、8∶1∶1(B处理)、7∶1∶2(C处理)、6∶2∶2(D处理)、5∶2∶3(E处理)、4∶3∶3(F处理),比较3种不同基质配比对天山花楸幼苗成活和生长的差异。结果表明:不同基质配比下的天山花楸幼苗成活率存在显著差异,其中C、D处理的幼苗成活率分别为78%和67%。3种基质在促进天山花楸苗高生长中表现为处理F>处理E>处理D>处理B>处理A>处理C。在促进天山花楸地径生长中,处理D>处理E>处理F>处理A>处理C>处理B。综合成活率以及苗木生长表现,处理D即森林土:蛭石:珍珠岩6∶2∶2为最适天山花楸育苗的基质配比。In order to explore the effects of different substrate compositions on the growth and development of Sorbustian schanica container seedlings,forest soil,vermiculite and perlite were used as raw materials in this study,according to volume ratios of 10∶0∶0(treatment A),8∶1∶1(treatment B),7∶1∶2(treatment C),6∶2∶2(treatment D),5∶2∶3(treatment E),4∶3∶3(treatment F),respectively,the effect of substrate compositions consisting three of them on the survival rate and growth characteristic of Sorbustian schanica were studied.The results showed there was significant differences in survival rate among different substrate composition.Treatment C and treatment D were significantly higher than other treatments,with the survival rate to be 78%and 67%,respectively.The height growth of Sorbustian schanica under different treatments were as follows:F>E>D>B>A>C.The diameter growth of Sorbustian schanica under different treatments were as follows:D>E>F>A>C>B.Given the seedlings survival rate and growth characteristic,treatment D(forest soil:vermiculite:perlite=6:2:2)was the suitable composition in the cultivation of 1-year-old Sorbus tianschanica container seedlings.
