摘　　要：科技档案数字化是指将传统的纸质科技档案转换为数字形式,以便于存储、管理和利用。数字化可以提高档案的存储容量和检索效率,同时也可以更好地保护档案的安全和完整性。数字化的目的应该是为了更好地服务于档案的利用和保护,而不是简单地将纸质档案转换为数字形式。数字化需要遵循相关的标准和规范,投入一定的资金和人力资源,使用各种技术和设备,以确保数字化档案的质量和可交换性。数字化的实施需要有详细的计划和管理,遵循相关的档案管理规范,采取必要的安全措施,以确保数字化档案的质量、安全和可利用性。Digitization of scientific and technological archives refers to the transformation of traditional paper-based scientific and technological archives into digital form for easy storage,management,and utilization.Digitization can improve the storage capaci ty and retrieval efficiency of archives,while also better protecting the security and integrity of archives.The purpose of digitization should be to better serve the utilization and protection of archives,rather than simply converting paper archives into digital form.Digitization requires adherence to relevant standards and regulations,investment of funds and human resources,and the use of various technologies and equipment to ensure the quality and exchangeability of digital archives.The implementation of digitization requires detailed planning and management,adherence to relevant archive management standards,and the adoption of necessary security measures to ensure the quality,safety,and usability of digital archives.
