摘  要:目的:探讨急诊胸腹部创伤中数字化X射线摄影术(DR)与螺旋CT诊断的应用价值。方法:在医院2020年8月至2021年8月期间诊治的急诊胸腹部创伤患者中选取90例作研究对象,分别实行DR、螺旋CT检测,就DR、螺旋CT对急诊胸腹部创伤的诊断准确率进行统计学分析,并评估急诊胸腹部创伤的螺旋CT典型图像。结果:(1)螺旋CT对急诊胸腹部创伤的诊断准确率是93.33%,高于DR的62.22%(χ^(2)=25.200,P=0.000);(2)本组急诊胸腹部创伤患者的螺旋CT影像图比较清晰,关于23例肋骨骨折、17例脾脏损伤、22例肾脏损伤、22例肝脏损伤的影像图清晰可辨。结论:急诊胸腹部创伤中螺旋CT的诊断准确性较高,且图像清晰、容易辨认,适宜用于急诊胸腹部创临床诊断中,可借鉴。Objective:To investigate the application value of digital Radiography(DR)and spiral CT in the diagnosis of emergency thoracic and abdominal trauma.Methods:From August 2020 to August 2021,90 cases of emergency thoracic and abdominal trauma patients were selected as the study subjects.DR and spiral CT detection were performed respectively.Statistical analysis was conducted on the diagnostic accuracy of EMERGENCY thoracic and abdominal trauma by DR and spiral CT,and spiral CT typical images of emergency thoracic and abdominal trauma were evaluated.Results:(1)The diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT was 93.33%,which was higher than that of DR(62.22%)(χ~2=25.200,P=0.000).(2)The spiral CT images of patients with thoracic and abdominal trauma in this group were relatively clear,and the images of 23 cases of rib fracture,17 cases of spleen injury,22 cases of kidney injury and 22 cases of liver injury were clearly distinguishable.Conclusion:Spiral CT has high diagnostic accuracy in emergency thoracoabdominal trauma,and the images are clear and easy to identify.It is suitable for emergency thoracoabdominal trauma clinical diagnosis and can be used for reference.
