摘　　要：目的:探讨MRI检查对膝关节半月板损伤诊断准确率的研究。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年2月在我院收治的疑似膝关节损伤患者206例,通过肌骨超声、MRI检查等方式对患者实施诊断,并将关节镜检查结果当作一项重要参考依据。结果:与肌骨超声检查比,MRI检查准确率明显要高(P<0.05);经关节镜检查发现,206例疑似患者当中,被确诊的患者有203例;经肌骨超声检查发现,被确诊的患者有145例,其中有8例误诊,27例漏诊;经MRI检查发现,被确诊的患者有185例,其中有1例误诊,3例漏诊;与肌骨超声检查比,MRI检查敏感度、特异度均相对较高(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节半月板损伤患者应用MRI检查具有理想效果,显示较高的诊断敏感度及特异度,且诊断准确率也相对较高,能尽早发现病情,为疾病治疗提供科学的依据,可推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of MRI examination on the diagnosis accuracy and prognosis of knee meniscus injury.Methods:A total of 206 patients with suspected knee injury admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and diagnosed by CT and MRI examination,and the results of arthroscopy were taken as an important reference.Results:Compared with CT diagnosis,MRI diagnosis accuracy was significantly higher(P<0.05).Arthroscopy revealed that 203 of the 206 suspected patients were definitely confirmed.According to CT diagnosis,145 of the 206 suspected patients were confirmed,including 8 misdiagnosed and 27 missed.MRI examination showed that among 206 suspected patients,185 were confirmed,including 1 misdiagnosis and 3 missed diagnosis.Compared with CT diagnosis,MRI diagnosis had higher sensitivity and specificity(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI examination for patients with knee meniscus injury has ideal effect,which has high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,and relatively high diagnostic accuracy.It can detect the disease as soon as possible,provide scientific basis for disease treatment,and can be popularized.
