摘　　要：目的:分析新发尘肺病的临床及影像学特征。方法:选择33例尘肺病患者,来源于南通市疾病预防控制中心,研究时间为2020年1月至2023年5月,采用表格分别记录尘肺病例基本信息。结果:33例患者中,男性31例、女性2例,临床症状为咳嗽、胸闷、胸痛、呼吸困难、咯血等,尘肺期别越高,患者临床症状越严重,同时三期患者合并肺结核症状较重,每个期别的影像学均不同,4例尘肺合并肺结核患者中一期为2例,三期为2例。结论:对于电焊工、造型工、清沙工、筑炉工等相关职业人员,应定期进行职业健康检查,根据尘肺病的影像学特点和可靠的职业史,实施高仟伏胸片影像学诊断可及早发现尘肺疾病,提高预后效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics of new pneumoconiosis.Methods:33 pneumoconiosis patients were selected from Nantong Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and the study period was from January 2020 to May 2023.The basic information of pneumoconiosis cases was recorded in the tables respectively.Results:in 33 patients,31 male,female 2 cases,clinical symptoms of cough,chest tightness,chest pain,dyspnea,hemoptysis,pneumoconiosis period the higher,the worse the clinical symptoms,the same period patients with tuberculosis symptoms,each phase of imaging are different,4 cases of pneumoconiosis with tuberculosis,phase I for 2 cases,period for 2 cases.Conclusion:For welders,modeling workers,sand cleaners,workers,furnace builders and other related professionals,regular examination should be carried out,and high kv chest film imaging diagnosis should be implemented,which can detect pneumoconiosis disease as soon as possible and improve the prognosis effect.
