高校思想政治教育中自我教育的现实困境与纾解路径研究

摘　　要：自我教育是高校思想政治教育的重要途径,也是顺应时代社会发展的现实需要和实现高校立德树人根本任务的必然要求,符合大学生的身心发展特点和教育规律。现阶段,高校思想政治教育中自我教育面临着自我教育意识有待进一步提升、自我教育环境更显错综复杂、自我教育内容脱离实际等现实困境。基于上述困境,分别从“激发自我教育意识,提升自我教育能力”“改善自我教育环境,开发自我教育载体”“创新自我教育内容,拓展自我教育平台”三个方面提出具体的纾解路径,以期为提升大学生自我教育能力、推动高校思想政治教育的针对性和实效性、培育德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者与接班人提供借鉴。Self-education is an important way of ideological and political education in universities,which is also in line with the practical needs of the social development of the times and the inevitable requirements of realizing the fundamental task of moral education in universities.However,it is also faced with some practical predicaments such as the need to further enhance self-education awareness,the increasingly complex self-education environment,and the detachment of self-education content from reality.Therefore,some specific solutions are put forward from three aspects:stimulating self-education awareness and ability,improving self-education environment and carriers,and innovating self-education content and platforms,in order to promote the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities and to provide educational reference for cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor capabilities.
