摘 要:本文以γ-Al_(2)O_(3)为吸附剂主体,采用FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O溶液结合超声波技术对γ-Al_(2)O_(3)进行改性得到载体活性氧化铝(Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3))。首先研究了Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)制备过程中FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加量、FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O溶液的pH值以及γ-Al_(2)O_(3)投加量对Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)除氟效果的影响;最后经过静态吸附处理,研究了吸附剂Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)的投加量、吸附时间以及含氟废液pH值对F-去除效果的影响。结果表明,当FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加量为0.1mol·L^(-1)、pH值为3~5、γ-Al_(2)O_(3)与FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O溶液的质量比为5∶1时,得到的Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)除氟效果最好;当Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)的投加量为40g·L^(-1)、吸附时间为15h、含氟废液pH值为3~9时,除氟效果最好,且F-的去除率远高于同条件下的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)吸附剂。In this paper,γ-Al_(2)O_(3) was used as the main adsorbent,and FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O solution combined with ultrasonic technology was used to modify ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3) to obtain carrier activated alumina(Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)).Firstly,we studied the effect of amount of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O added during the preparation process of Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3),the pH value of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O solution,andγ-Al_(2)O_(3) dosage on the fluoride removal efficiency of Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3);Finally,through static adsorption treatment,the dosage and adsorption time of adsorbent Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3),as well as the pH value of fluoride containing wastewater on the removal efficiency of fluoride ions were studied.The results indicated that when the dosage of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O was 0.1mol·L^(-1),the pH was 3~5,the mass ratio of Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) to FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O solution was 5∶1,the Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) had the best fluoride removal effect;When the Fe/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) dosage was 40g·L^(-1),the adsorption time was 15h,and the pH value of the fluoride containing waste liquid was 3~9,the fluoride removal effect was best,and the removal rate of fluoride ions was much higher than that under the same conditions ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3) adsorbent.
