摘 要:通过设置25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃等5个温度水平,每个温度水平分别胁迫处理2 h、4 h、6 h和8 h,测定温度胁迫下‘红粉佳人’樱花Prunus pseudocerasus×incisa叶片生理生化指标变化,探讨其在不同温度胁迫下的生理响应。结果表明,随着胁迫温度的升高,叶绿素、可溶性糖含量先下降后升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)与可溶性蛋白含量呈先升后降趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈上升趋势。同一温度水平随着胁迫时间的延长,除CAT外其他指标均呈现显著差异。通过对生理指标进行主成分分析,表明POD活性、SOD活性及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量是响应高温胁迫的主导指标。In this paper,five temperature levels of 25℃,30℃,35℃,40℃and 45℃were selected.Each temperature level was treated for 2 h,4 h,6 h and 8 h,respectively.The physio-biochemical changes of leaves under temperature stress were determined to explore the effects of temperature stress on physiological response of Prunus pseudocerasus×incisa.The results showed that the chlorophyll content decreased first and then increased as the stress temperature increased,and the SOD activities,the contents of MDA and the soluble protein increased first and then decreased.CAT,POD activities showed an upward trend.The contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar,MDA,and POD,SOD activities were presented significant differences along with the duration of stress prolongs under the same temperature stress.By means of principal component analysis showed that POD activity,SOD activity,and contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar were the main physiological index to high temperature stress.
