摘　　要：伴随着新技术的发展,图书馆作为不断生长着的有机体经历了一次次转型与变革,新一代图书馆体系智慧图书馆也已经从研讨层面进入实质性推进阶段。文章从图书馆向智慧型变革之际信息组织工作呈现的特点出发,探讨传统编目馆员适应新时代的能力要求,并提出能力发展策略,以期为编目馆员提升自身能力、完成智慧化转型提供参考。With the development of new technologies,libraries,as constantly growing organisms,have undergone multiple transformations.The new generation of library system,smart libraries,has also entered a substantive promotion stage from the research level.Starting from the characteristics of information organization work presented during the transition from libraries to intelligent ones,this article explores the ability requirements of traditional cataloging librarians to adapt to the new era,and proposes ability development strategies,in order to provide reference for cataloging librarians to improve their own abilities and complete the intelligent transformation.
