入党过程丰富青年大学生精神世界的实证调研

摘　　要：研究采用调查问卷法,以厦门市800名青年大学生为调研对象,辅之以个别访谈,运用SPSS进行分析,从基本心理需求满足感、道德文化生活丰富性、共同思想基础巩固性几方面对青年大学生入党过程中的精神生活发展情况实证考察。数据显示:青年大学生在入党过程中,基本心理需求满足感较高,心理更加成熟定型;道德文化生活出现量的有效变化与质的明显跃升;共同思想基础在青年大学生群体中得到有力巩固。在此基础上,从宏观层面的文化领域变革、中观层面的组织培养考察与微观层面的主体自我整合探讨入党过程丰富青年大学生精神世界的起效机制。Based on the analytic data from 800 questionnaires in 4 universities in Amoy,this paper demonstrates the ever-growing enrichment of college students cultural lives during the process of becoming a member of CPC in 3 aspects,which includes the satisfaction of basic psychological needs,the flourishment of moral and cultural lives,the consolidation of the common intellectual foundation for the whole Party and all Chinese people to strive in unity.Then separately standing on a macro,medium and micro view,this paper tries to explore the mechanism of how the process of becoming a member of CPC can enrich the cultural lives of college students.
