摘　　要：目的:对古籍中关于防治疫病的条目进行挖掘寻找防治疫病的组方,对组方用药规律进行总结以挖掘其共性,为现代疫病的防治提供方法。方法:在选定的中医古籍中归纳出防治疫病的组方,用EXCEL表格建立数据库,使用Apriori建模进行关联规则分析;以SPSS Statistics 25.0、SPSS modelerclient进行数据挖掘分析,寻找药物之间的潜在规律。结果:通过数据挖掘分析,得到甘草、前胡、升麻等高频药物20种;归肺、脾、胃经居多,药性以温、微寒为主,药味以辛、苦、甘为主;药物使用量跨度较大,大剂量用药较多;同时得到甘草-半夏、甘草-柴胡、甘草-知母等8个核心药对,六类聚类分析。结论:本文通过对所选古籍进行数据挖掘,分析古籍中用于疫病临床防治的药对和常用配伍,从而得出新的药对和配伍。为疫病的治疗提供了新的方法和思路。Objective:To retrieve prescriptions for epidemic diseases from ancient classics on traditional Chinese medicine and summarize the medication rule as a reference for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in modern times.Methods:The eligible prescriptions were summed up and a database was created with EXCEL.Apriori algorithm was employed for association rules analysis and SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS modelerclient for data mining to explore the medication rule.Results:Through data mining,20 high-frequency medicinals such as Gancao(甘草),Qianhu(前胡),and Shengma(升麻)were screened out.Most of them are Wen(温)and Weihan(微寒)in nature,and Xin(辛),Ku(苦),and Gan(甘)in flavor with tropism at Fei(肺),Pi(脾),and Wei(胃).The doses vary greatly and large doses of them are used in most cases.At the same time,eight core medicinal pairs such as Gancao(甘草)-Banxia(半夏),Gancao(甘草)-Chaihu(柴胡),and Gancao(甘草)-Zhimu(知母)were obtained and cluster analysis yielded six clades.Conclusion:Through data mining of ancient classics,the medicinal pairs and common medicinal combinations used in the ancient times for the control of epidemic diseases were analyzed to yield new pairs and combinations.The article provides new methods and ideas for the treatment of epidemic diseases.
