摘　　要：法律工程是以相应的法律理论和法律知识为基础,广泛吸纳其他学科相关知识、理论和方法,以具体社会问题的规范化制度化解决为中心,在工程思维规约之下,运用社会技术与法律技术,进行的特殊人文社会工程设计和建造的思想与实践活动及其结果。人们以法律工程为核心思想来思考法律问题的程式化的思维模式、习惯化的思考路径和潜意识而本能地加以运用的基本思路即为法律工程思维方式。倡导、推进和加强法律工程研究,在新时代大力推进法治中国建设的今天具有非常重要的现实意义。Legal engineering is the activity and its result of designing and constructing the special cultural and social engineering in idea and practice,it is based on the corresponding legal theories and legal knowledges,widely absorbs related knowledges,theories and methods of other disciplines,its central task is to resolve the specific social problems standardly and institutionally under regulating of rules of engineering thinking and using social and legal technologies.The mode of thinking of legal engineering is the stylized thinking mode,customary thinking path and the primary approach of thinking a-bout legal problems in which it regards legal engineering as its core idea subconsciously and instinctively.It is of great real-istic significance to advocate,promote and strengthen legal engineering research in the new era which has been vigorously promoting the construction of the rule of law in China today.
