摘 要:目前所广泛应用的智能电能表具有计量准确、检测动态、维修便捷的许多优点,可以灵活高效地实现电量查询、电价比对、故障检测等功能,故对电力正常运行有着极其重要的作用。电能表在安装前,需由供电企业对用户电能表进行统一校验检定。通过集成平台化的控制软件,检定部门可以做到自己操作、自己存源代码、自我可以更加灵活地操作软件。电能表检定数据在检定实验室内进行数据处理与保存等工作,对外仅出具检定证书或检定结果通知书,而监管部门难以对检定工作实施有效监管与复核,本文设计了一种智能电能表检定数据监控系统,能够有效解决该问题。Currently,the widely used intelligent energy meters have many advantages such as accurate measure-ment,dynamic detection,and convenient maintenance.They can flexibly and efficiently achieve functions such as electricity inquiry,electricity price comparison,and fault detection,thus playing an extremely important role in the normal operation of electricity.Before installing the electricity meter,the power supply enterprise needs to conduct a unified calibration and verification of the user's electricity meter.By integrating platformized control software,the verification department can operate on its own,store its own source code,and operate the software more flexibly.The calibration data of electric energy meters is processed and saved in the calibration laboratory,and only calibra-tion certificates or notification of calibration results are issued externally.However,it is difficult for regulatory au-thorities to effectively supervise and review the calibration work.This article designs an intlligent monitoring sys-tem for electric energy meter calibration data,which can effectively solve this problem.
