摘  要:大中型排涝泵站是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,是保障城市安全、防止城市洪涝灾害的重要设施。合理得进行电气设计是保证排涝泵站正常运行的一个重要环节。文章以南滨泵站为例,针对城市大型排涝泵站的特点,介绍了该工程电气设计的相关要点。该泵站在设计过程中,通过相关技术和经济比选,确定主接线方案采用单母线分段、启动方式采用中压干式调压软启动器。针对泵功率、高效低速立式排涝泵的驱动需求,采用标准低极数(4P/6P)立式异步电机加行星齿轮减速箱方案。Large and medium-sized drainage pumping stations are an important component of urban infrastructure,and are important facilities for ensuring urban safety and preventing urban flood disasters.Reasonable electrical de-sign is an important link to ensure the normal operation of drainage pumping stations.Taking the Nanbin pumping station as an example,this article introduces the relevant electrical design points of the large urban drainage pum-ping station based on its characteristics.During the design process of the pumping station,through relevant techni-cal and economic comparison,it was determined that the main wiring scheme should adopt single busbar segmenta-tion and the starting method should adopt medium-pressure regulating soft start device.To meet the driving re-quirements of high-power,high-efficiency,and low-speed vertical pumps for drainage pumps,a standard low pole number(4P/6P)vertical asynchronous motor and planetary gear reducer scheme is adopted.
