摘  要:目的:分析低温等离子腺样体切除术治疗OSAHS患儿的效果及对疼痛程度和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年7月三明市第二医院收治的OSAHS患儿120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组行动力系统切除术治疗,观察组行低温等离子腺样体切除术治疗。比较两组临床效果、疼痛程度评分(VAS)与睡眠质量评分(PSQ)。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组在术后6 h、24 h、48h、72 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,术后3个月睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子腺样体切除术在OSAHS中的效果良好,可减轻患儿术后疼痛,提升睡眠质量,临床安全有效。Objective:To analyze the effect of low temperature plasma adenoidectomy on children with OSAHS and its effect on pain degree and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 120 children with OSAHS admitted to Sanming Second Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 children in each group.The control group was treated with power system resection,and the observation group was treated with low temperature plasma adenoidectomy.The clinical effect,pain score(VAS)and sleep quality score(PSQ)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 6 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the sleep quality score at 3 months after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma adenoidectomy has a good effect in OSAHS,which can reduce postoperative pain and improve sleep quality.It is safe and effective in clinic.
