比索洛尔联合地高辛治疗慢性心力衰竭伴非阵发性心房颤动老年患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探析比索洛尔联合地高辛对老年慢性心力衰竭伴非阵发性心房颤动患者心功能的影响。方法:选取所在医院2022年4月—2023年5月收治的104例慢性心衰老年慢性心力衰竭伴非阵发性心房颤动患者为对象,随机分为两组,每组52例。参照组在常规基础治疗上予以口服地高辛,研究组在参照组基础上予以口服比索洛尔,比较两组治疗效果、心功能[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)]及药物不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.15%,高于参照组的82.69%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD低于参照组,LVEF则高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组药物不良反应总发生率低于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:比索洛尔联合地高辛药物治疗老年慢性心力衰竭伴非阵发性心房颤动患者疗效显著,可提高心功能,且安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of bisoprolol combined with digoxin on cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:A total of 104 patients with chronic heart failure and nonparoxysmal atrial fibrillation who were admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 patients in each group.The reference group was given oral digoxin on the basis of routine basic treatment,and the study group was given oral bisoprolol on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.15%,which was higher than 82.69%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD and LVESD in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and LVEF was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bisoprolol combined with digoxin is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.It can improve cardiac function and is safe and reliable.
