剖宫产产妇术后康复应用穴位贴敷过程中辅用中药足浴的干预效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药足浴配合穴位贴敷干预对剖宫产术后产妇康复指标、子宫复旧及泌乳情况的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月万年县中医院收治的60例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施穴位贴敷干预,观察组于对照组基础上实施中药足浴。比较两组康复指标、子宫复旧情况、泌乳情况、并发症发生率。结果:观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、恶露持续时间、子宫入盆时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后24 h、48 h宫底高度均低于对照组,子宫复旧时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清泌乳素、泌乳量均高于对照组,泌乳始动时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴配合穴位贴敷干预能够有效缩短剖宫产产妇术后子宫复旧时间,改善泌乳情况,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量,有助于产妇术后康复。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint application on rehabilitation index,uterine involution and lactation of parturients after cesarean section.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2023,60 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Wannian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 parturients in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application intervention,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation indexes,uterine involution,lactation and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust time,duration of lochia,uterine pelvic time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The uterine fundus height at 24 h and 48 h after delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the uterine involution time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum prolactin and lactation volume of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the initial time of lactation was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint application intervention can effectively shorten the time of uterine involution after cesarean section,improve lactation,reduce complications,improve quality of life,and contribute to postoperative rehabilitation of parturients.
